A suspected burglar has been arrested inside Buckingham Palace in one of the most serious security breaches over 30 years.
The man and a second suspect, thought to be an accomplice, are believed to have been plotting to burgle the royal residence. Both have been arrested.
One was arrested after scaling a 12ft fence at the Palace and being found in one of the state rooms. His alleged accomplice was arrested outside just after 10pm on Monday.
