Dalai Lama was scheduled to give the keynote address at Bishop Tutu's eightieth birthday celebration this week in South Africa, but because of pressure from China the government of South Africa has not yet issued a visa to His Holiness. Please go to

and sign an oinline petition asking the South African government to issue the visa. Please do this as soon as you can because time is of the essence.
